Here at the Center for Homeland Security & Resilience (CHSR),we seek to ensure America remains vigilant about the security, economic, and political risks posed by potentially catastrophic disruptions that can ripple across our increasingly complex and interconnected world. This requires that we focus on all-too-real concerns about how best to prevent, prepare for, and bounce back from man-made and naturally-occurring events such as terrorism, chemical, biological, nuclear warfare, or other significant events – including disruptions to supply chains,energy supplies and the electrical grid, and the other critical infrastructure systems upon which modern society relies.
